Overview
Formed in 2006, The Meadows Fire Safe Council has engaged in a range of projects, from regular volunteer fire fuel reduction to semi annual Community information meetings. We also do homeowner inspections and assistance with home hardening. One of our major projects is our free native plant giveaway. Native plants provide many benefits such as fire and drought resistance.
Our mission is to reduce the danger of fire in the Urban-Wildlands Interface.
