Felicia grew up in the wildland–urban interface of rural Nevada County. Her passion for the natural world led her to pursue a degree in Environmental Science from Humboldt State University with a focus in Watershed Management and Wildland Soil Science. She has worked for multiple grassroots nonprofits in community outreach and fundraising roles and became a California Naturalist in 2019. In her spare time, Felicia enjoys going on adventures and reading a new book.
